"Let's get your life sugar-coated!" by ZUCrew

As cryptic as its name may seem, ZUC.CCH.ERO is a laboratory for culinary wizardry and a gallery for arty desserts. The name derives from the Italian word for sugar, with an added ‘C’ to keep the core value ‘creativity’ alive.

 

Setting up with bar table to show off the unique sugar art demonstration as well as freshly made desserts. Our founders including Pastry chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants, graduates from Le Corden Bleu and University of Arts London, who wish to bring little surprises to the livelihood through our work. Dessert is the protagonist in ZUC.CCH.ERO where molecular gastronomy finds a sweet-toothed audience.

adventurous journey through vision, hearing, smelling, taste and even a sense of touch! Activating your infinite imagination and bringing the sweetness above and beyond. The aesthetics of the perfect pudding transcend the plate to transform this hidden gem into a gesamtkunstwerk, a total artwork, that gently assaults the senses, massages the midriff and soothes the soul.
